I have a stuffy nose for about 4 days now. For most of the day, I can only through one nostril and the other half of the day to breathe, I can not breathe through the nose! I have tried Mucinex, Sudafed, allergy medications, nasal sprays, vapor rub Vick and sleep with a vaporizer at night. Nothing seems to work! What would you recommend for me to use? I have a headache, I can not breathe, especially when I go to bed.
